poems..song and life..

Today I am adding another poem to my blogging because I like to write poems and songs in my spare time. I have had my share of ups and downs in life, but I feel I am on the right track to becoming the person I want to be. I simply have to have faith and stay happy..Happiness comes from within.

Some of my blogs may be nothing more than LOA quotes or even favorite YouTube songs and funny stuff. Some of it may even be just musings about being a single parent and learning to deal with fatherhood and being Mr Mom and all of that stuff..I plan on adding more poems from my upcoming new book and more songs in the future!!

This poem is entitled The Lady in the Moon!!

The lady in the moon is so bright,
she looks to the stars and watches over the night,
The man in the moon sits there eating cheese, having fun in the sun,

She sees our dreams and sprinkles them with fairy dust and smiles at us,
She takes our dreams and lifts them up to the angels that take them away,
Brightening our hopes and dreams for a brighter day,

The lady in the moon takes our hand and guides us to place where we belong,
Where dreams and aspirations are so strong,
Come and play come and play with the fairies dust,

The children play as if to say,
Live life to the fullest,
Each and every day,

There are no boulevard of broken dreams,
The lady in the moon always sees what is best for you and me,
She sings a lullybye, making sure we dont cry,keeping our spirit high,

She sets our world free into the light,
She is beautiful, she is ever so strong,
She is the lady in the moon,

Shining and beaming down her love for you and me!
Watch for the lady in the moon,
She is watching over you and me

The new blogging of Johnny B!!!! :)

This is my first foray into the world of blogging and quite frankly, I am not sure exactly what will evolve as I go along in my attempts and posts. I think I want to blog about my life experiences, my dreams, my desires, my songs and poetry and what I have learned along the way of life's highways and biways into this universe and world. I am going to start off by posting one of my poems that I have wrote and go from there. This poem isn't in my book Eternal Soul Mates but it will be in my next book that I write. This poem I wrote for a friend on another website a few months back.

Soul Path

It is a path of life, a path that we all must focus upon as we go down this journey,
this journey of our existance to find what the path of life holds in store for us,
it is a path or a journey not to be taken light,

but a journey that reaches into our soul and brings us light and love as we stroll down that path of love,
and that path that our soul must reach and go down,
it may have detours and roadblocks along the way,

it is not a path of lost and insecure,
a true journey that is filled with love, a love down the path of our souls,
but is a path that we all are taking, a path of love and journey of enlightment!

One of the things that I have learned along my way is to be grateful for everything in your life and to learn from all your life, whether it is pleasant or not so pleasant.
